Delivery and Returns

Order preparation

Orders placed and paid before 14:00 on a weekday ship the same day. Later orders are prepared the next working day. No dispatch takes place at weekends or on public holidays.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days depending on your city, and may take longer in busy periods. Your tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves us.

Shipping charge

The shipping charge is shown in the basket before payment. Orders above a certain amount ship free.

Livestock delivery

Live animals are not sent by courier. Three options are offered: collection alive from the farm, collection at the slaughter point, or delivery to your address already processed. Cold chain is maintained for address delivery and the delivery day is agreed with you in advance.

Damaged parcels

If the parcel is crushed, wet or opened, raise a report with the courier before accepting it and notify us. Damage reported without a courier report may not be actionable.

Returns

Products covered by the right of withdrawal may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Send your request to [İLETİŞİM E-POSTA] and we will provide a return code and instructions. The product must come back with its packaging undamaged.

Non-returnable items

• Food products whose packaging has been opened
• Perishable products
• Orders involving live animals and slaughter services
• Items personalised at your request

Refunds

Once the returned product reaches us and is checked, the amount is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days. How quickly a card refund appears depends on your bank.
