How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated from the order total and the delivery address, and is shown clearly in the basket before payment. Orders above a certain amount ship free.
When will my order arrive?
In-stock items ordered before 14:00 on a weekday ship the same day. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days depending on your city. Livestock orders follow a separate schedule; we contact you after your order.

Can I return a product?
Under distance selling rules you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Perishable food items whose packaging has been opened fall outside this right. See our Delivery and Returns page for details.

How is the slaughter performed?
Slaughter is carried out by authorised personnel in line with applicable regulations and hygiene rules. You may be present, or you may authorise us to carry it out on your behalf.
How do I authorise by proxy?
Simply select the proxy option when ordering. You are informed once the slaughter is complete.
What are the delivery options?
Three options: collect the animal live from the farm, collect it at the slaughter point, or have it delivered to your address processed and portioned. Cold chain is maintained for address delivery.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum wholesale quantities depend on the product and packaging. Fresh pomegranate is sold by the case, juice by the carton. Fill in the quote form for exact figures.
Which countries do you export to?
We ship to a range of markets, principally the Gulf states and Europe. For new markets we work through the required certification process together with you.

What is the minimum run for private label?
Minimum runs for contract production depend on the packaging and recipe you choose. After the sampling stage we prepare a quote specific to you.
Do you handle label design?
Either way. You can send us a finished design or leave it to us. In both cases we check that the mandatory food-label information complies with regulation.
